FollowMyHealth

Veradigm® FollowMyHealth is a mobile-friendly, enterprise patient engagement solution for providers and health systems. As a part of the FollowMyHealth workflow, patients and staff don’t need to jump to another application to make a payment and there is no double posting back to Veradigm® FollowMyHealth.
