An accomplished veteran in the financial technology space, Anthony has over 25 years of leadership experience in embedded payments, digital engagement, and high-growth partnerships. Prior to joining the company, Anthony held executive roles at First Data & TSYS, and TransFirst Holdings, Inc. Mr. Lucatuorto began his career working at MasterCard and American Express.

Heather Barnes serves as Chief Financial Officer to TrustCommerce, a Sphere company. She brings over 12 years of experience in the payments industry to the role. As CFO, Heather is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's financial activities and reporting.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Ryne Natzke is responsible for managing the integrated health and payments strategy and largest, strategic accounts across our key verticals, including both large merchants and software partners. Previously, he worked with early-stage digital health companies at HealthX Ventures and managed partnerships at Epic.

As CTO, Joshua Dion spearheads the technology strategy at TrustCommerce and oversees all aspects of revenue generating technologies as well as support of our suite of products and services. With 25 years of experience in both software and hardware engineering, Joshua has a proven track record of leading engineering teams from startups to enterprise-scale organizations, managing teams ranging from 15 to 600 members.

Heather Randall, PhD, CCEP brings two decades of payments industry experience to managing regulatory compliance and information security at TrustCommerce, a Sphere company. As CCO, she is responsible for ensuring that our products, platforms, and processes enable and support compliance with regulation and industry standards. Prior to joining, she held compliance positions, most recently at TSYS.

Doug has more than 13 years of financial and payments industry experience. Previously, he worked in various financial roles for Sixth Street Partners and TransFirst.

Johnathan (John) Welch is Chief Product Officer of TrustCommerce, a Sphere company, where he leads the Product organization and drives the roadmap for Sphere's payment and healthcare focused product suite. Originally from London, England, John is an internationally minded payments expert with over 15 years of experience working for some of the largest payment providers and banks in the world, including leadership roles at Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, WorldPay, and MasterCard.

Claudia Benitez, Sr. VP of HR, has over 15 years of experience. In her role, she oversees all aspects of HR strategy and operations including recruitment and retention, employee relations, DEI, leadership development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. She partners with leaders to create an inclusive workplace that recognizes and rewards performance and provides opportunities for growth and development.

Eric Muckelroy serves as Vice President, Implementation & Account Management, and leads a team of Account Managers responsible for the growth and retention of key accounts. He has more than 21 years’ experience in the payment processing industry between TSYS Acquiring (Vital) and Sphere (TrustCommerce).

Alexandra Gugliuzza serves as Senior Associate General Counsel. With over 20 years of legal experience ranging from insurance defense and business litigation to in house counsel legal support, Alexandra is responsible for creating and negotiating client and vendor agreements, overseeing trademark and intellectual property matters, assisting with corporate compliance and advising senior management on corporate legal matters.
