Meet Cloud Payments by TrustCommerce

Accepting Payments Just Got Easier with Cloud-Based Payments

Simplify your payment process and enhance your healthcare operations with TrustCommerce’s Cloud Payments solution. Our cloud-based payments solution makes accepting patient payments a breeze for healthcare organizations, while eliminating the need for local software installation on workstations or servers. This leads to faster and more consistent implementations, a smaller IT footprint, and easier troubleshooting and support.

Deliver a Modern Patient Payment Experience

Cloud Payments allows healthcare organizations to provide patients with a convenient, retail-like payment experience. Powered by Android-based PAX mobile payment terminals or countertop devices, it supports a variety of flexible payment methods, including:

  • EMV (chip card)
  • Contactless / Near-Field Communications NFC (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Magstripe (MSR)
  • Manual entry keyed transactions

Cloud Commerce Solutions For Manual Entry Keyed Transactions

Our cloud commerce solution allows for card information to be manually keyed in. This feature is beneficial when taking mail or telephone order transactions, and addresses issues with swipe/dip/tap functionality, allowing the user to type in a card number to complete the purchase seamlessly. It offers two options:

1.) Initiate manual entry when starting the transaction

2.) Switch to manual entry option. The user would start a transaction as an “Insert/Contactless/Swipe” transaction and present to the cardholder a manual entry button, where when clicked, it will switch over to manual entry, prompting the user to key in their card information using the device keypad.

Our Cloud Payments product is now certified on all major U.S. payment processing platforms including Fiserv, Chase, Elavon, Global Payments/TSYS, and Worldpay.

Effortless Setup & Connectivity

Once configured, the web interface activates the device and securely captures encrypted payment data via Wi-Fi or ethernet. This streamlined approach of our cloud-based payment solution leads to:

  • Faster, more consistent implementations
  • Reduced IT footprint
