“We had a great experience onboarding TrustCommerce to partner with our processing service, to accomplish EMV compliancy. Previously our gateway and processing service vendors were not cooperatively certified for EMV compliance. Our TrustCommerce representatives were available every step of the way through contracting, and more than willing to assist and address any concerns. The onboarding included Epic system integration with phases of bulk device ordering. We worked out a benchmark of project completion and have received continual follow-up and support.
